Client: InnoVint
Year: 2017-2024
Industry: SaaS/AgTech
Aparat Technologies joined InnoVint as part of its founding engineering team, helping to grow the company from an early MVP into a market-leading wine production management platform. We designed and built critical backend infrastructure to ensure the system could scale to meet rapidly growing user demand—ultimately supporting hundreds of top wineries.
One of the major technical contributions was a distributed fluid costing engine, which significantly improved the platform’s financial analytics and helped differentiate InnoVint in a competitive market. We also developed integrations with third-party lab and inventory systems, enabling real-time data exchange and streamlining winemaking operations.
Beyond development, we worked closely with InnoVint’s founders to align the technical roadmap with product strategy, supported early hiring efforts, and continuously optimized system performance. This long-term partnership reflects our ability to grow with our clients and deliver sustained value at every stage of product maturity.

Over a 13-year engagement, Aparat Technologies led the full redesign and redevelopment of Mediclaim, a cloud-based medical billing system for Ontario physicians and small practices. This included everything from initial requirements gathering and UX design to backend architecture, testing, and deployment.
The result was a secure, modern web platform built for long-term use and compliance with Ontario’s healthcare billing regulations. Key components included a robust MCEDT interface for claims submission and a custom-built OHIP billing engine that simplified complex reimbursement workflows.
Our long-term partnership with Phoenix Medical Systems reflects our strength in legacy modernization and our commitment to continuous improvement. Mediclaim remains a trusted solution for medical professionals, demonstrating the durability and adaptability of the systems we build.
Client: TopLeft
Aparat Technologies played a pivotal role in launching TopLeft, a Kanban-style task management tool for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) that integrates directly with ConnectWise. We were responsible for the MVP development, which laid the foundation for what has since become a successful and widely adopted product.

Client: Response Labs
Response Labs, a digital CRM and loyalty agency, partnered with Aparat Technologies to modernize its core platform. We led a full-stack migration from a legacy C#/.NET system to a modular Django-based architecture, improving scalability, maintainability, and deployment speed.

In addition to backend transformation, we built a flexible API layer to support microservices and third-party integrations. We implemented automated CI/CD pipelines using Ansible and containerized infrastructure to boost reliability and reduce deployment friction.
